Invitation to Participate

On behalf of the organising committee, we are delighted to invite your organisation to support the 2019 ISANA conference.  A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available at the Conference. We would also like to discuss any new proposals you may wish to put forward. The Committee is happy to negotiate a package that will be of maximum benefit to your company and the Conference.

The Organising Committee anticipate between 250+ delegates to attend the conference from among the International education industry.

Support of the conference and exhibition will provide your organisation with a number of key benefits.

The theme for the conference is Leading and inspiring through collaboration: Student wellbeing and support services, today and tomorrow.

Marketplace Displays – $600 (One Day) $1,600 (Three Days)

The marketplace displays will run for the duration of the conference with morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch served in this area.

Each Marketplace Display includes:

  • Listing and Logo on the conference website and app with hyperlink
  • Logo, profile and hyperlink in the conference app (50 words)
  • Trestle table, two chairs, power, wireless internet
  • One exhibitor registration, including daily catering and the Welcome Reception.  Dinner tickets may be purchased.
  • Delegate list in conference app (name, position, organisation, state/country)

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES

Becoming a Meeting Partner gives you the opportunity to develop an ongoing relationship with the association and their members directly. The package is designed to give companies a strong presence at the conference and the continuation of the relationship between conferences. Partners will receive ongoing recognition and exposure through the associations’ main communication channels.

Package includes naming rights to one Student Bursary award. A representative is invited to present the award to the recipient during the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

The Dinner is always the highlight of the meeting. Sponsoring the dinner is a fantastic opportunity to promote your organisation in a fun and relaxed environment. The dinner sponsorship also includes a chance to address delegates.

This opportunity allows you to sponsor an area within the catering area for delegates to have informal conversations between sessions and meetings.

The Barista Cafe will have a barista serving coffee, hot chocolate and tea from arrival to afternoon tea each day of the meeting. The cafe includes a barista and up to 300 coffees per day with a Marketplace Display adjoining.  Power will be available if the sponsor wants to provide a display screen.

Each participant will receive a satchel (or tote) printed with your logo. Your logo is guaranteed to be seen every day during the meeting. The satchel will be selected to ensure delegates keep using it after the meeting.

Multiple Available

As a Keynote Speaker Sponsor your organisation will be exposed to a large captive audience who will associate your organisation with a world leader in your field. A range of international and national keynote speakers will be invited to present at the meeting.

This opportunity is subject to the approval of the speaker and the committee.
