The marketplace displays will run for the duration of the conference with morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch served in this area.  The Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening will also be held in this area.

Each Marketplace Display includes:

Sponsorship Packages with Marketplace Display

Becoming a Conference Partner gives you the opportunity to develop an ongoing relationship with the association and their members directly. The package is designed to give companies a strong presence at the conference and the continuation of the relationship between conferences. Partners will receive ongoing recognition and exposure through the associations’ main communication channels.

Package includes naming rights to one Student Bursary award. A representative is invited to present the award to the recipient during the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

This opportunity allows you to sponsor an area within the catering area for delegates to have informal conversations between sessions and meetings.

The Barista Cafe will have a barista serving coffee, hot chocolate and tea from arrival to afternoon tea each day of the meeting. The cafe includes a barista and up to 300 coffees per day with a Marketplace Display adjoining.  Power will be available if the sponsor wants to provide a display screen.
