“Most students are not aware about what they want to study and depend largely on the education agents for their study. The inconsistency in commission from different education providers have led to many cases where education agents are biased to earn profits rather than provide the students with right guidance.

This paper will be proposed from Universal Thought Consult, an education and migration consultancy, and will highlight the recommendation and strategies on how Australian universities and education institutions can improve quality of education and report strong student satisfaction, and education agents can have non-biased quality counseling for international students. This will provide insights on how universities can act on student feedback and improve quality of learning which in turn will have a significant impact on universities reputation and global ranking as well as encourage students to favor Australia over other study destinations.”
