1Urbanest Student Accommodation

The Student Accommodation Association (SAA) is the representative body for quality student accommodation providers in Australia. SAA represents the interests of members and has a profile of being a reputable body of engaged industry participants within the commercial, government and education sectors. We serve to inform policy and planning, pertaining to the definition, assessment and development of student accommodation. We seek to create value to consumers and operators in the sector and aim to facilitate a considered voice for all participants.

The National Property Accreditation Scheme (NPAS) is a platform by which education providers, Student Accommodation operators and other industry stakeholders can promote a clear and consistent message to enable students to make an informed accommodation choice in response to the growth of unregulated options increasingly promoted online and via social media platforms, as Student Accommodation.
